Yasmo Live: A new era in onsite event networking

Compelling advertising platform for event sponsors

Advertising, Event Networking, Event Sponsors No Comments »

Organizing an event involves a large amount of work and effort that goes into planning something significant for a community or group of people. Another big responsibility for event planners is creating value to sponsors, who are supporting the event and in return are expecting access to commercial advertising platforms. It is in this way that sponsors, or advertisers, gain business opportunities and recognition from suppliers, customers, organizers and visitors of the event.
Promoting your company logo and basic profile derives benefits for both parties as positive associations are made between the event theme and the exclusive sponsors. Sponsors are also critical as they play an essential part in the continuing success and growth of community events, as well as increasing employee engagement, expanding access to media and building their brand presence.

As sponsors create trusting relationships with clients and customers at annual events, they also enter into competitive environments where other companies are equally approached and also crave to secure the mutually desired benefit of sponsorship category exclusivity. Endorsing one’s corporate identity with the logo or brand name on as many promotional items as possible is the key incentive for sponsorship by big companies.

YasmoLive has created a novel sponsorship opportunity for these extreme competitive situations. Using white label services over the mobile application solution, sponsors are able to adorn the application with their logo, brand name or other marketing icons and thereby gain attention and heightened visibility amongst all those attendees and visitors to an event. Targeting your self-selected audience is part of YasmoLive’s sponsorship package and ensures unique brand exposure to those utilizing the innovative and sophisticated mobile application.

Creating public awareness, improving one’s company credibility, increasing media coverage and enhancing relationships with public bodies are key motivating points for sponsorship; however companies also seek out those events which show a positive return on their sponsorship efforts. In the past, primarily large companies offered and could afford sponsorship for events. Today YasmoLive offers both large and smaller companies the opportunity to boost their visibility and public awareness and get involved in sponsorship and events that support hi-tech and new mobile devices, surpassing cultural and technological barriers. In addition, sponsors are given the opportunity to network and engage with previously unidentified customers, competitors or partners.
