New York – Yasmo Live announced today its appointment to provide a tailored onsite social networking service at the New York Forum, an invitation-only event that brings together global thought leaders to find solutions to the many pressing issues faced by the world economy today.
Yasmo Live has customised its mobile application for the New York Forum, which is organised by Richard Attias & Associates. The app presents new features that further enhance Yasmo’s existing mobile networking service which allows attendees to interact with each other and with speakers in real time during conferences. The new app is entirely branded in the New York Forum’s colours and allows live streaming of all conference sessions for delegates to view on their smartphones and iPads. The app is also fully integrated with Twitter, allowing people at the Forum to tweet and follow conversations about the forum directly.
Yasmo Live will cater to the New York Forum’s 700+ delegates, mainly chief executives, policy makers, thought leaders and academics, with speakers including John Turley, CEO of Ernst and Young; Tom Glocer, CEO of Thomson Reuters; Denis Crowley, CEO of Foursquare and Cecilia Attias, whose Foundation for Women presents a key panel at the forum.
As a complement to the onsite networking app, Yasmo also powers a section of the New York Forum’s website which allows delegates to view each other’s profiles and set up meetings ahead of the event and to maintain contact afterwards.
